Overview
Each Eleuthera Zo piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to order with the highest standards of quality and care. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry and the use of natural stones, slight variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
We want you to love your Eleuthera Zo purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Ready-to-Ship Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Made-to-Order, Custom, or Personalized Pieces: These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Sale Items or Limited Drops: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
All returned pieces must be:

Unworn, in original condition, and free from damage or alteration

Returned in original packaging with any certificates or pouches included

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds & Store Credit
Approved returns are eligible for:

Store Credit (default option) or

Refund to the original form of payment, less a 30% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and payment processing costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once your return is received and inspected.
Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with a size exchange or alternate style of equal or greater value. Exchanges are subject to production timelines and material availability.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee if production has already begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@eleutherazo.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or repair where appropriate.
Return Shipping
All returns must be shipped back using insured, trackable shipping. We can provide a prepaid return label upon request; a flat fee of $75 will be deducted from your refund or credit. Eleuthera Zo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Additional Notes
Because Eleuthera Zo creates pieces in small production runs using natural materials, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
