THE MEANING BEHIND ELEUTHERA ZO
Every great journey begins with a moment of clarity. The name Eleuthera Zo was born during a transformative moment in founder Katie Mancilla's life. While visiting the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas, she found herself feeling creatively and professionally stuck, leaving her feeling unfulfilled. Surrounded by the island's blue waters and endless horizon, she realized that what she had been searching for wasn't simply a new career, it was the freedom to build something deeply meaningful, on her own terms.

That experience inspired the name Eleuthera Zo.

Eleuthera, derived from the Greek word for "freedom," represents the courage to choose a new path, while Zo, from the Greek zoe, meaning "life,”symbolizes living with purpose and intention.Together, they express a simple but powerful idea: a life lived freely and
intentionally.
